About our Beans
Manhattan Espresso selects only Arabica bean coffee, the richest and most aromatic species of coffee. Arabica coffee is gorwn at higher elevations than commonly used Robusta beans, making for a slower maturation process, a naturally lower level of caffeine and a depth of flavor unmatched by other species of coffee.

Brewing Method
We grind all of our whole bean coffee just moments prior to brewing to preserve freshness and provide the coffee's peak flavor. Our preferred method of brewing is into airtight thermal servers to maintain freshness, temperature and to aviod scorching the brewed coffee. We use a double filtration process to assure that our water is the purest possible to yield the finest coffee.

Our Guarantee
As is true for all of our products, Manhattan Espresso unconditionally guarantees our coffee to be of the freshest and highest quality. If for any reason our coffee does not meet your standards, we will promptly and courteously replace the product or refund the purchase price.
